Your Questions, Answered

  • Your course fee includes instructor-led training, hands-on skills practice, required skills testing, and your BLS Provider eCard upon successful completion. BLS Provider manuals/eBooks and the HeartCode BLS online course are not included and must be purchased separately when applicable.

  • No. BLS training is available to healthcare professionals, students, and others who need or want BLS certification.

  • Within five (5) business days of successfully completing all requirements for your class or skills session, your eCard is emailed to the email address that you provide when signing into your class.

  • Classes are limited to 4 students to allow for hands-on practice, individualized feedback, and instructor support.

  • Bring a valid photo ID and any required course materials. HeartCode students must also provide proof that they successfully completed the online portion before attending their hands-on skills session.
